Unbridled Spirit at Annual Gala:  Dream Catchers Benefit Dinner and Live Auction Every other day, the barn at the Cory Sikich Therapeutic Riding Center located in Williamsburg is filled with the smell of horses, and the voices of riding instructors with their students. The instructors are usually guiding along small groups of disabled children and adults while the horses obediently trot along. But on the evening of Saturday, May 18, the white table cloths and napkins were laid out for the 6th annual Bridles and Bowties event benefiting Dream Catchers. Being Bill DeSteph: A Day in the Life of Virginia Beach Councilman DeSteph We know him as councilman DeSteph a strong voice in Virginia Beach city council. But this political heavy-hitter is one to say no to anything that interferes with a scheduled Daddy-daughter dinner. This may sound cliché, but to Bill DeSteph, family does come first. As DeSteph mentioned throughout my interview with him, “Accept that everything cannot get done today. On the 7th day even God rested.
